Impactful video content has proven to be a valuable resource for driving engagement on LinkedIn with B2B Video Ads.
A recent study conducted by LinkedIn Creative Labs, revealed that video is now the dominant force in B2B (business to business) content. The study revealed that B2B videos, was shared over twenty times more than any other format and is responsible for driving increased engagement, fostering stronger connections and enhancing business impact overall.
The study highlighted how genuine and authentic storytelling and expert voices, was what boosted B2B video ad performance. In essence, videos that are real, unique and creative that emotionally resonate, will outperform any ‘big budget’ or heavily scripted, polished content.
The study found that there was a 103% higher dwell time from short, vertical “real talk” videos, with 111% more engagement when memes were used in a B2B context. A 78% increase was recorded in ad engagement, when authentic emotion was present.
